DIRECTIONS OF USE–Gently shake the container prior to each use as contents may settle recommended use is upto maximum of two servings per day. Servings time dependent on your training regime.
SUGGESTED USE-Mix 1 scoop (33gm) of Shred system into 250m1 of cold water one hour before the workout, second serving 60 minutes after completing exercise (in non-fat milk or fruit juice). For maximum results take 1-2 scoops daily. Do not exceed the recommended amount.
NOTE- To maintain product freshness, store in a cool and dry place (15°C to 27°C). This product is sold by weight. Some settling may occur. Shake container before use.
